Meet the founder of Luminary Studio

Hi, I'm Himani

Himani Kharbanda is the founder of Luminary Studio, based in Surrey, BC. She built Luminary around a simple belief: the small businesses that hold our communities together deserve websites that do them justice.

Himani has a real passion for website design and for how small businesses present themselves online. She loves taking the idea, service or story that lives in an owner's head and turning it into a clear, thoughtfully designed website that customers understand in seconds. To her, a website isn't a tech project. It is often the very first conversation a customer has with a business, and it should feel as welcoming as walking through the front door.

That is why she cares so much about making professional website support accessible. Too many owners are stuck with a site they can't update, a form nobody is sure works, or a Google listing that doesn't show up when people nearby search. Luminary's monthly plan exists so those things are looked after properly, in plain language, without jargon.

Himani brings an eye for detail and a hands-on approach to every project. She would rather get the small things right (a clear headline, a phone number that's easy to tap, a contact form that reliably reaches you) than add features nobody needs. Clear communication is part of the work: you always know what is being done, why it matters and what comes next.

Based in Surrey and serving businesses across Greater Vancouver, Himani's goal is simple: help small-business owners build an online presence they feel proud of, and keep it working for them month after month.
