Privacy, in plain language.
Luminary Studio collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, prepare requested reviews, and deliver agreed services.
Information we collect
When you submit a website form or a Meta lead form, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, city, public website or business-listing URL, service interests, timing, and the message you provide. We also record campaign tags attached to the page so we can understand which outreach led to the enquiry.
Campaign tags may be kept in your browser tab so they are not lost when you visit another Luminary page. We stop using saved tags after 30 minutes. We do not save your entered name, email, phone number or message in this browser storage.
How we use it
- To verify and respond to your request.
- To prepare the free review or service information you requested.
- To follow up about that request and manage an agreed client relationship.
- To measure campaign enquiries using non-sensitive source tags.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted information to make immigration decisions or provide immigration advice.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, enquiry submission attempts, accepted enquiries and clicks on our phone link. A phone click is not a connected call. We do not send your form contents, name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics. We remove page URL queries and fragments from analytics page addresses and use only selected campaign-source labels.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, only after analytics consent, to see how visitors use the site, with typed form content masked, under Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Analytics uses first-party cookies and Google processes technical information about your browser and device. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Your analytics choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Choose Analytics choices in the footer to withdraw consent; this stops our tracking and removes our Google Analytics cookies. Browser privacy signals are respected. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using our forms or services. Google may process data outside Canada under its Privacy Policy.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to operate Luminary's website, forms, email, advertising, and voice-assistant features. This currently includes website hosting and form-delivery services and, when you use their forms or features, Meta or an AI voice provider. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information, subject to records we must retain.
Contact
To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, use the Luminary Studio contact form and write “Privacy request” in the message. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
