Website, collection & search visibility

Occasionwear collection project

From an occasionwear collection to a website customers can browse and enquire through.

This project is presented as documented delivery, not an independent customer endorsement. This case study separates the work delivered from the search activity recorded.

The challenge

For an appointment-based rental studio, a customer needs to identify an outfit before asking about availability. The documented work organizes brand assets and collection photography into a consistent catalogue, with a clear request for the details needed to start an enquiry.

What the work covered

Consistent brand assets

Prepared reusable occasionwear brand assets, including transparent and ivory-background versions for digital and catalogue use.

An organized collection

Mapped outfit names to main, detail and alternate-view photographs. The documented asset set includes lehenga and sharara suit collections.

A shareable rental catalogue

Produced a PDF rental catalogue with collection photography and links to the online collection, giving customers another way to browse the range.

Clear enquiry instructions

The catalogue asks customers to send an outfit name or screenshot, event date and size when checking availability, making the initial request more specific.

The website journey

The brand and website work connects organized collection photography and catalogue information with an availability enquiry. Customers can identify an outfit and provide their event date and size before availability is confirmed.

Search Console and analytics instrumentation support review of discovery and browsing activity. A page view is not a booking, and an enquiry is not a paid rental.

Recorded search activity

June 20-September 17, 2026: Google Search Console recorded 175 clicks, 1,112 impressions, a 15.7% click-through rate and average position 8.8.

Last 28-day report ending September 17, 2026: 124 clicks, 718 impressions, a 17.3% click-through rate and average position 8.3.

Source: the brand's Google Search Console reports, supplied for this case study. The reporting periods overlap and must not be added together. Average position is an aggregate across recorded searches, not a promise of a specific keyword ranking.

These are observed search metrics, not proof that a particular website change caused the results. No revenue, online-booking or payment-conversion result is claimed. Instant booking and Stripe checkout are planned work, not delivered outcomes in this case study.

The practical lesson

Product names, useful views and clear availability instructions help a customer describe what they want. The same principle applies to service businesses: show the offer clearly and ask for the information needed for the next step.

Each project has its own scope. Major builds, recovery and catalogue production are assessed separately from the CAD $250/month Local Growth Plan.
