Small-business advertising / Surrey, BC

Google Ads management in Surrey.

Reach people looking for the service you actually provide. Luminary helps Surrey and Lower Mainland small businesses plan, set up or improve one focused Google Search campaign, with a clear enquiry path and an agreed budget.

CAD $250/month plan. Three-month initial term. One ad platform; ad spend separate.

A specific search, a relevant next step

Start with what a customer would ask Google.

A search for a particular repair, consultation or local service can reveal a useful buying need. Before choosing keywords, we check the service, the area you genuinely cover, your capacity and the page someone will land on.

If people are not searching for the offer, or the likely click costs do not fit the economics, more campaign settings will not solve that. The first decision is whether a focused test makes sense.

Search intent and location

Review relevant terms, location settings and available demand estimates. Separate customer searches from jobs, courses, DIY instructions and services you do not provide.

A page that answers the search

Match the ad to a clear service page with the real offer, area covered and one useful call or enquiry action. Check the mobile form before sending paid visitors.

Meaningful measurement

Set an agreed conversion goal and test the measurement path. Keep clicks, accepted enquiries, qualified conversations and paying customers distinct.

One campaign, within a written scope

Google Ads support in the $250 plan.

The Luminary Local Growth Plan is CAD $250/month with an initial three-month term: CAD $750 before tax, then month to month. It coordinates one supported website, local search and one ad channel, with one main improvement each month.

Google Ads management includes one platform, one active campaign, one conversion goal, setup or cleanup, ad copy, targeting review and two optimization passes monthly when the campaign is active. It is not an unlimited advertising department.

You pay Google directly for ad spend. Domains, hosting, paid tools and new photography or video are separate. Your business owns the accounts.

  1. Prepare

    Agree on the test

Define the service, location, useful enquiry, total test budget and review date. Request only the account permissions needed for the agreed work.

  2. Check

    Verify before launch

Check approved claims, destination, form delivery, conversion measurement and account settings. No campaign starts without your approval and funding.

  3. Review

    Decide from the evidence

Review available search terms, spend, enquiries and owner-reported quality. Record what changed and whether to continue, revise or stop the test.

A sensible first campaign

Better fit for a clear service than a vague offer.

This service suits owner-led businesses with a defined service area, capacity to respond and a working destination. We can assess a current campaign or a new Search test; we do not need to rebuild every website first.

Large ecommerce catalogues, multiple locations, complex tracking repairs and several simultaneous campaigns need a separate scope.

What if Google Ads is not the next priority?

Start with website support when the enquiry path needs work. Choose local SEO to improve useful unpaid search content. Consider Meta Ads when your offer can be introduced visually on Facebook or Instagram.

We serve Surrey, BC and suitable Lower Mainland businesses. Your service area and customer demand shape the campaign.

A real website project

The page after the click matters.

Our UW Immigration case study documents website recovery, service clarity and consultation-path checks, led by the Luminary team. It shows how we approach the destination an ad visitor reaches.

This is website delivery evidence, not an advertising-results case study.

Before you commit

Know what you are paying for.

Start with a free review of your public website, enquiry path and search presence. Account access, campaign changes and paid investigations require an agreed scope.

How much ad budget do I need?

The management fee is separate from the ad budget. We review the service, location, available forecasts and what a customer is worth before proposing a capped test. A forecast is an estimate, not a promise of clicks or customers.

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes, after checking access, campaign history, billing ownership and the work required. You retain ownership. Complex account recovery or tracking reconstruction is assessed separately.

Is Google Ads the same as SEO?

No. Google Ads pays for advertising placements. SEO works on unpaid search visibility. The two can support the same service, but their costs and measurement are different.

Does $250 include Google and Meta Ads together?

No. The plan supports one advertising platform and one active campaign at a time. Advertising spend is additional. Changing channels is an agreed decision, not an extra campaign added on top.

Will you guarantee leads?

No. We agree on a test, verify the setup and report the observed results. Offer, competition, budget and your response to enquiries all affect whether advertising becomes profitable.
