Small-business advertising / Surrey, BC

Facebook and Instagram Ads management in Surrey.

Give local customers a clear reason to enquire. Luminary plans and manages focused Meta Ads tests for small businesses, connecting your offer, approved creative and enquiry process.

CAD $250/month plan. Three-month initial term. One ad platform; ad spend separate.

More than another boosted post

A clear offer comes before the creative.

A business owner scrolling Instagram is not necessarily shopping for your service. Your ad needs to explain who it is for, what you offer and what to do next without relying on a long caption.

We start with the service and the response you can handle. A useful offer could be a quote, consultation or defined assessment. We do not manufacture discounts, reviews, client results or urgency to make an ad more persuasive.

Facebook and Instagram, one campaign

Review the Page, Instagram identity, account access and destination. Agree on the campaign goal and available placement settings before building the test.

Real proof and readable creative

Use approved business photos, project screenshots or existing footage. Check that the message and call to action remain readable in the selected mobile placements.

An enquiry someone can answer

Agree on where replies arrive and who responds. A website form, an available lead form or messaging flow must be checked against the business's actual process.

Focused management

Meta Ads support in the $250 plan.

Our CAD $250/month Local Growth Plan has an initial three-month term, CAD $750 before tax, then continues month to month. One website, local search foundations and one advertising channel are coordinated around one main monthly improvement.

For Meta Ads, the scope is one platform, one active campaign, one conversion goal, setup or cleanup, copy, targeting review and two optimization passes monthly when active. Facebook and Instagram placements may sit within that Meta campaign when suitable.

You pay ad spend directly to Meta. Filming, photography, new video production, daily social posting and community management are not included. Existing approved assets keep the first test focused.

  1. Offer

    Make the next step specific

Choose the service, customer problem and one response goal. Check whether the business can follow up within the response time it advertises.

  2. Prepare

    Check the complete journey

Approve copy and creative, confirm the business identity, and test the landing page or available enquiry flow. Agree on spend before activating anything.

  3. Learn

    Review enquiries, not just views

Compare spend with the enquiries received and the quality you report. Change the next test based on evidence rather than treating a high view count as a sale.

Choose the channel for the offer

Is paid social the right place to start?

Meta may be worth testing when a real project, clear explanation or practical offer helps introduce the business. A large following is not the reason to launch; a useful offer and a checked response path are.

A weak response can come from the offer, audience, creative, destination or follow-up. We record the available evidence before blaming one part or asking you to spend more.

When another route makes more sense

If customers are already searching for your exact service, compare a Google Ads Search test. If visitors cannot find current services or submit an enquiry, prioritize website support. For unpaid local visibility, explore local SEO and Google profile help.

A real website project

The page after the click matters.

Our UW Immigration case study documents website recovery, service clarity and consultation-path checks, led by the Luminary team. It shows how we approach the destination an ad visitor reaches.

Before you commit

Know what you are paying for.

Start with a free review of your public website, enquiry path and search presence. Account access, campaign changes and paid investigations require an agreed scope.

Do I need a new reel to advertise?

Not necessarily. A clear static graphic or existing project photo may communicate the offer better. We select from approved assets and check placement fit; new filming and video production require a separate budget.

Does Meta Ads management include posting every day?

No. Paid campaign management is different from running the whole social account. Daily posts, inbox handling, influencer work and ongoing content production are outside this plan.

What counts as a lead?

A click or video view is not a lead. We distinguish an enquiry from a real decision-maker who fits the service, and from a paying customer. Your feedback on enquiries is part of evaluating the test.

Can you guarantee local business owners will see the ad?

No. Location and available audience controls guide delivery, but they do not verify every viewer's role or buying intent. We use clear copy and relevant qualification to help identify suitable enquiries.

How much should I spend on Meta?

There is no fixed budget that guarantees a customer. We agree on a capped test based on the offer, service area, available assets and what you can afford to learn. Meta spend is separate from the CAD $250 monthly management plan.
